SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are handled and shipped from our workshop in Valencia, Spain.
Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday, within 2-5 business days from the order date and ship the next (business) day after the processing day.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
RETURN POLICY:
We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days once you receive your item to request a return.
Request a return by email to nosune.shop@gmail.com within a period of no more than 10 days from the date of receipt of the product.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, in order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused , with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order if you received an incorrect or defective product. Please include your order number, photos of the items, and all related references when receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
